If the free end of the stent rubs against the floor of the nasal cavity while, at the same time, the anchoring plusg remains ABOVE the punctum :

     -  At the beginning of the procedure (Metallic Guide still in place) : Push back, step by step, the plug toward against the punctum yes (Video). 

 

   

 -  At the end of the procedure (Guide fully withdrawm) one should NOT TRY TO FORCE the stent in the canaliculus cryingWithdraw the Masterka and redo the procedure from the begining.
